The space

We are located on Auburn Road, only a short walk from Auburn Station. Our rooms are based at The Hawthorn Hub. Clients will enter the building at street level. Once inside, please walk up one flight of stairs to reach our waiting area. 

There is 1-hour parking available along Auburn Road, with 2-hour parking on the surrounding streets. We recommend arriving about 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time to find a suitable spot. Victoria Road (near Victoria Road Reserve) and the nearby side streets are generally reliable areas  for parking.

Our waiting room, clinic rooms and bathrooms are up a flight of stairs.  Our rooms have their own heating/cooling systems and dimmable lights, helping us cater for certain sensory needs. If there are ways we can support accessibility, including the use of telehealth appointments, please let us know.
